GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS
The school at times desires to have your co-operations and close contact with the teachers of your children in order to create an atmosphere that shall be conducive to better education of your wards. The school diary should fulfil this need.
Your prompt attention to the teacher’s note is very essential for a joint and unified effort to look after the education of your ward. In case you wish to see the teacher in connection with the progress of your child, you are requested to contact the school office and fix an appointment before you come to school & see the teacher after dismissal of the school.
You are requested to pay special attention to the personal cleanliness of your child. Please see that the child attends the school in proper prescribed uniform & in time.
Parent’s attention is drawn to the fact that criticism of a teacher of the school in presence of a child causes the child to lose his or her respect for the teachers and will retard his or her progress.
Any communication made by the parents should be addressed to the principal and not to the class teachers.
Parents should sign the progress Report and return it to the school within 3 days.
If this report is lost, a replacement will be made only after payment of Rs. 50.
The school does not hold any responsibility for the loss books, stationary, bicycle or any valuable thing of a student during or after school hours. So, parents are requested to keep a check on their wards that they do not carry valuable things to school If the students carry anything valuable, it will be confiscated &and will not be returned but will be donated.
Bringing mobile phones are not allowed in the school premises.
